Help & support
A little help with PicLoom. Find a guide, understand your choices, or get in touch.
Start with a guide
- Sort your photos — swipe right to keep, left to set aside, then confirm deletions separately.
- Create a daily story — choose a day and a story engine that suits you.
- Add a Home Screen widget — keep a small moment from your library close by.
Common questions
Did a swipe delete my photo?
No. A left swipe adds the photo to your deletion queue. Only a separate confirmation asks iOS to remove it. Photos manages recovery in Recently Deleted, usually for up to 30 days.
Why is a preview still loading?
The original may be stored in iCloud. Open Settings → Photo downloads in PicLoom to check the download policy. Wi-Fi only is the default; you can allow cellular downloads when you choose.
How do I restore Pro?
Use the App Store account that made the purchase, then choose Restore purchases in Settings or on the Pro screen. No PicLoom account is needed. Read about free access and Pro.
Do stories send my photos to the cloud?
On-device stories do not. Cloud stories are optional and send a text summary only after consent; photo attachments require a separate opt-in. Location and weather lookups can send coordinates and dates to their providers. Read the privacy policy.
